The Ribble Group is excited to announce their partnership with the Sell a Home, Save a Child program! When choosing a non-profit to connect with, The Ribble Group had incredibly high standards of the ethical, financial, and quality of programs offered by each organization we interviewed. After research and reflection, The Ribble Group chose to join the movement of Sell a Home, Save a Child.

Sell a Home, Save a Child (or SAHSAC) was founded in 2015 by Nick Shivers and Eric Hatch, two Realtors who were moved to create a program that would inspire their fellow Realtors to make a difference for children. Their personal experiences working with devastated populations through mission trips with Forward Edge International led them to generate their own non-profit, one that would empower other professionals to contribute to the cause they felt so strongly towards. Nick and Eric leaned into their professional network of real estate professionals to assist them in achieving the goals they created for the organization. Their focus is vulnerable children living in extreme poverty, who suffer from malnourishment, hunger, preventable illness, and violence. Every participant in their program receives safe drinking water, nutritious meals, and free medical care. There are programs supporting all ages of development, including Villa Esperanza in Managua, Nicaragua. This “Village of Hope” is where young women rescued from atrocious conditions receive vocational training, education, safety, and love – ultimately giving them the opportunity for a positive future.
